Why TajKhona exists

The idea for TajKhona came from seeing the same problem around us.

Many of our international friends, coworkers, and people moving to Dushanbe struggled to find apartments. Much of the market was spread across Facebook groups, word of mouth, and local-language listings — making the process especially difficult for people who didn't speak Russian or Tajik.

We felt there should be a simpler way to bring renters and properties together, in a language people understand.

That idea became TajKhona.
